A Spanish contractor with extensive experience in completing large construction projects received an opportunity to develop a high-rise residential building in Spain. To proceed with the project, the contractor needed a Performance Guarantee and approached Bronze Wing Trading for assistance.
The Challenge: Avail Performance Guarantee in Construction Contracts
The contractor first contacted their bank to arrange the required Performance Bond. However, the bank requested additional security and a cash margin before issuing the guarantee. Since the contractor did not want to block their available funds, they started searching for an alternative provider.

Our Scope of Work: Issued Performance Guarantee in Construction
The client shared their contract details and supporting documents with our team. We reviewed the project requirements, explained the process, and guided them through the necessary formalities.
After the agreement was completed and required charges were paid, we structured the Performance Guarantee and prepared the draft for approval. Once approved, we instructed our banking partner to issue the Performance Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the developer.
The Final Result
After receiving the MT760 Performance Guarantee, the contractor was able to proceed with the construction project. The developer received the required assurance, allowing both parties to move forward with the contract.
The successful transaction helped the contractor secure the project and continue their construction activities with the required financial support.
